With the Estates proximity to nature, its’ magnificent mountain location, unspoiled sea views and magical Baviaanskloof position, the focus has been, and continues to be on preserving and highlighting these natural attributes through sensitive planning.

The style of Tierboskloof is considerate towards the environment, creating a low visual impact estate. Looking up at Tierboskloof from the village of Hout Bay you will notice how ‘hidden’ it appears, camouflaged in the foothills of the mountain.

Each house is surrounded by indigenous vegetation. The choice of design and materials allow the houses to blend into the environment with a nature inspired colour palette.

Uniquely, every home in Tierboskloof has unobstructed mountain and sea views, the result of a careful management of height restriction. The Estate maintains a strict architectural, landscaping and construction protocol to keep the aesthetic integrity intact.
